Community Buildup
We make our community stronger and more helpful for every member — a genuine opportunity for all who live here.
Home / About
Two decades of neighbours looking after neighbours — and the shared places we all call home.
An HOA is a legal entity created when property owners agree to share responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of their community.
Brindle Cove Residences was founded over twenty years ago by the first families on Park Street. Today we represent more than 1,200 residents across 120 homes. We arrange landscaping, waste collection, snow clearing and security, maintain the sports club, gym, pool and gardens, and run a year-round calendar of gatherings — from morning yoga to the Christmas party.
Everything is governed by an elected board of residents and the covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) our members voted to adopt.

We make our community stronger and more helpful for every member — a genuine opportunity for all who live here.
02.
We take on the most common neighbourhood problems together, so no household is left to struggle alone.
03.
A neighbourly community is a strong one — we keep it helpful, welcoming and full of opportunity for all.

Accessibility makes our community stronger — shared spaces and services that every member can enjoy.
