How do I become a member?
Every household on the Brindle Cove streets may join. Send the form above or visit the meeting center — dues are set yearly at the general meeting and cover all six facilities.
How do I book the BBQ place or a sports court?
Members book at the clubhouse desk or through this contact form. Courts and grill stations use three-hour slots with one active booking per household.
When is the pool open?
May to September, 7.00 am – 8.00 pm, with lifeguards from noon to 7.00 pm. Lane swimming runs each morning before family hours.
Can renters take part in events?
Yes — all residents are welcome at events, gatherings and classes. Facility booking keys are issued to the member household, which can register its renters.
Who do I call about maintenance?
Report common-area issues through the form above or at the meeting center desk. Urgent problems (water, security, storm damage) use the caretaker line in your welcome pack.
